When you submit your paper, please nominate if you prefer to present your paper as an oral presentation or as a poster. This should be done in the "Comments to Chair" section of the Research Paper submission form.
Poster presentations will often describe a ‘work in progress'. However, posters may also describe finished research outcomes that make a small but incremental contribution to the field of software engineering.
The Research Program Committee will ultimately decide if a paper is best suited for oral or poster presentation, and will notify authors of this at the time that successful papers are accepted.
Regardless of the presentation format, all papers will be a maximum of 10 pages and peer reviewed. Accepted papers in both presentation formats will be included in the Conference Proceedings and published by the IEEE Conference Publication Service. |
